What is the most satisfying part of your role in the transaction process and what makes you stand out from others in your industry?

The most satisfying part of my job is meeting up with one of my realtors, lenders, buyers, or sellers, and hearing that we exceeded their expectations. I am even more satisfied by those that come back to me and tell me how they were even more impressed at their 2nd and 3rd closings because it was even better than the first. What makes me stand out from others is that I HONESTLY care about my clients and their business. I want to see them succeed even more than I want to be successful. I know that in the long run, that if my clients are successful, than I too shall be blessed in the future.

What factors from your past experience have contibuted the most to your current unique skill set?

Having spent 22 years as a fully-licensed financial advisor, I mastered the art of listening, rather than just hearing, what's important to my clients. It's not about what I want or what I think is important, listening to my client's needs is all that matters. My previous career, my church ministries as a counselor, and my wonderful wife, have forced me to use my ears more than my mouth.

When you're away from the busy Mission Title office, what are some of your favorite activities ?

I love volunteering at my church in all capacities. I am very involved in the ACTS and MOTC movements. I am also a devoted sports fan and spend most of my freetime with wife my wife of 27 years, my 3 sons, and 2 granddaughters.
