When did you begin your career in the title or real estate industry and how did you get your start?

I started out in banking as a real estate loan administrator in the early 80's. Started in title business in 1998 when an employment agency in San Marcos contacted me to see if I might be interested in working for a title company. Started as a closer in a small title company and had to learn and do everything in the title company.

What is the most satisfying part of your role in the transaction process and what makes you stand out from others in your industry?

I love to see my customers happy when they have closed on their transaction. I make my closings fun.

What factors from your past experience have contibuted the most to your current unique skill set?

Worked in the mortgage/banking industry long enough to understand lender documents and requirements.

When you're away from the busy Mission Title office, what are some of your favorite activities ?

I love to work in my yard (makes my neighbors jealous!) and play with Cinnamon & Sparkles, my toy poodles. I enjoy spending time with my 2 granddaughters, Madelyn (Maddy) and Alexis (Lexi).
