Broker Responsibility Course

This is the most recent revision of the 2025-2026 BRC course required

by TREC and it counts as 6 hours of CE.

As of January 1, 2026, TREC now requires “all” Brokers to complete

this course regardless if you sponsor agents!

Designated Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers must also

take this course before your TREC License renewal.

Instructor John Neely will help keep it interesting and meaningful.

This course will count as 6 Hours of CE toward your required 18 Hours

for renewal of your Broker or Salesman license. *Any license holder may
