What is the most satisfying part of your role in the transaction process and what makes you stand out from others in your industry?

I thrive on being proactive and informative so that all parties to the transaction have some tranquility throughout the process. I try to be as accommodating as possible and I have adopted a "yes I can" attitude when handling transactions. I go above and beyond for my customers, always wanting to please.

What factors from your past experience have contibuted the most to your current unique skill set?

Every transaction I've handled is different in some way, whether it's the details of the transaction itself or just different people I'm working with. I've taken specifics from every transaction I've handled to gain a better understanding of expectations and to avoid potential issues along the way. It's the experience from every transaction I've handled that makes me be proactive.

When you're away from the busy Mission Title office, what are some of your favorite activities ?

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my husband and young son and daughter. We often explore San Antonio's surrounding towns, take hikes, and we enjoy going out to eat on weekends. I like going to the gym and working on our family photo albums.
