This is the new version for 2020-2021. TREC requires all Licensees take Legal One
for 4 hours of CE every 2 years. It includes Statute updates, Seller Disclosure
changes, Water Issues, Contract Issues, Property Management and Security Issues.
This course will be by Zoom. You must have a camera on your laptop or smart phone.
Please plan to remain on the Zoom meeting except during breaks.
Also, please pay by credit card when you register unless you make other arrangements.
