Legal Update Part One

TREC requires all licensees to take 4 hours of Legal One every 2 years.

The course includes Statute updates, changes to Laws and Regulations,

Property Management, Leasing, Fair Housing, changes to Promulgated

Forms , the IABS form and Court Cases.
