TREC requires all Licensees to take 4 hours of Legal Two every 2 years.
It also fulfills the TREC requirement that you take 2.5 hours of ethics
training every 2 years.
This course includes Statute updates, changes to Laws and Regulations,
Property Management, Leasing, Fair Housing, changes to Promulgated
Forms, the IABS form and Court Cases.
