This 2-hour course focuses on the completion of the TREC Farm and Ranch Contract and discusses the nature of farm and ranch properties, survey issues, easements and access issues, taxes, minerals-Oil & Gas, title insurance coverages, as well as “your specific questions”. Recent changes are addressed.
