This is the latest version of the 2026-2027 Legal Update II TREC 4 Hour C.E. Class.

We will discuss the Buyer Representation “changes” that everyone is talking about.

Instructor John Neely helps keep it relevant and easy to follow!

You are required to take it and Legal Update I prior to renewing your

Texas R.E. License!  Note you can take Legal I & II in any order.

*An enabled camera is required for Online Classes, if you are requesting CE credit.

This is to stay in compliance with attendance monitoring that TREC requires.
