and took effect July 1st, ’26.

This is a one hour CE class that counts toward TREC Contract CE.

We will analyze the common contract problems that can arise when using TREC Contract forms.

Our purpose is to help Agents be better informed of the effects of “situations” in our TREC

and Tx REALTOR  forms and assist them in avoiding similar problems on future transactions.
