Some home hunters are more interested in access to public transit than landing in a specific neighborhood. With that in mind, Trulia has added a filter that lets renters zero in on listings based on their proximity to bus, rail or subway stations in a handful of markets. It works by overlaying transit stations onto a search map and surfacing all listings within a 15-minute walk of each.
