The home in which President Donald Trump spent some of his earliest years is on the market again for $2.9 million.
The yellow Tudor-style house, located at 85-15 Wareham Road in Queens, New York City, originally belonged to the president’s parents Fred and Mary Trump. Donald lived there with his mom and dad from his birth in 1946 until 1950.
The property itself is quite spacious, especially for New York, boasting 2,500 square feet, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a library.
Its latest owners and sellers have done everything possible to play up its ties to the 45th President of the United States — stacked copies of Trump’s seminal book The Art of the Deal, Trump photos, eagles and American symbols and a large cardboard Trump cutout grace the different rooms.

Over the past two years, the owners have rented out the house on Airbnb for as much as $800 a night.
One bedroom even has a sign reading: “In this bedroom, President Donald J. Trump was likely conceived, by his parents, Fred and Mary Trump. The world has never been the same.”
Security concerns mean that much of the sale process is kept private. Edward Hickey, from Compass, is handling the sale which is being organized through closed bidding.
Interested buyers must submit highest offers to Hickey’s real estate team by email. As part of the bidding conditions, the house will only be available to those who can provide proof of necessary funds and buy the house in cash, without financing.
“One of the reasons we’re doing it the way we are is to prevent a circus atmosphere,” Hickey told The Wall Street Journal. “We anticipate that there will be a lot of curiosity.”
But if you miss out on this chance to own a piece of American history, take heart: The home has come on and off the market many times, nabbed by a real estate investor for $1.39 million in 2016 and then sold in a closed auction for $2.14 million in 2017.
