“It’s spectacular,” Stevens told a local outlet. Indeed, the property has 11 separate lots that could potentially be divided into slots for separate homes.

But for now, whoever buys the entire estate will be getting a slab of both literary and American history — before Clancy purchased the property, the land served as a summer camp for Jewish children from Washington.
