Real estate software company Inside Real Estate today announced the acquisition of Circlepix, a real estate listing software provider whose suite of products includes PixMarketing and PixSocial.
In 2016, Inside Real Estate merged with real estate contact relationship manager (CRM) provider Kunversion. The combined companies now operate under the Inside Real Estate brand and led to the integrated platform now marketed as kvCore, which includes lead generation, marketing, CRM and automated dialer features.
PixMarketing and PixSocial offer a number of features, including listing websites, automatic virtual tours, video, social media integrations and listing lead generation, and will be integrated with Inside Real Estate’s kvCORE platform.
Joan Dailey, vice president of marketing at Inside Real Estate, said in an emailed statement to Inman, “While Circlepix products will be tightly integrated with kvCORE, they will continue to be sold as separate add on products.”
“Circlepix brings the most comprehensive listing marketing suite in the industry,’ said Inside Real Estate CEO Ned Stringham in a press release.”PixMarketing and PixSocial are solutions that are valuable for virtually all of our customers, and they fit perfectly into our Marketplace of add-on solutions to the kvCORE platform.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Circlepix to our Inside Real Estate family,” he added.

As a result of the acquisition, CirclePix customers will be able to upgrade their subscriptions to include the kvCORE platform, and Inside Real Estate says they’ll be using their resources to improve CirclePix’s products with better integrations and new features.
“Inside Real Estate is a perfect fit,” said Circlepix founder and CEO Rob Davis in a statement. “The kvCORE platform is an amazing product that is making a huge impact for our customers. Being able to integrate our listing marketing offering into that platform will be a great benefit to our customers.”
“We are excited to be part of the Inside Real Estate family,” he added.
This is the second acquisition Inside Real Estate has completed within the past two months, the first being the purchase of BrokerSumo, a commission management cloud software provider for real estate brokers, in December.
“We continue to look at strategic acquisitions,” Dailey told Inman.
Circlepix has been busy as well — the company sold its real estate photography business to VHT Studios for an undisclosed amount in early January.
