Re/Max agents will be able to market their listings without having to develop any parts of their marketing materials themselves with a new product the brokerage is debuting with the real estate marketing company Imprev, the company announced at its annual R4 conference today. The tool, Design Center Automation, provides agents with single-property websites, YouTube videos, virtual tours, social media posts, ePostcards, brochures, flyers and postcards for properties in the categories Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced and Just Sold. The design platform can also figure out if a listing qualifies for luxury branding and provide advertising focusing on the luxury element. After an agent enters a listing into the multiple listing service, they’ll receive those marketing materials within 24 to 48 hours.
