The home, which is a stone’s throw away from Long Beach, has seven bedrooms, a kitchen that opens into an outdoor patio and multi-level decks that allow residents to look out to the Carribean Sea or over the LED-lit pool and lounge in the courtyard.
If you have an extra $11.5 million that you can let go as smoothly as the summer breeze, then Mandalay Villa can still be yours. Other winners included a contemporary ranch house nestled in a California hillside, a Meditteranean-style estate overlooking a Swiss lake and Casa Carmela — a small, rustic cottage with luxurious style.
This year’s finalists include 88 homes in 13 countries represented by 49 real estate companies, such as @properties, Alain Pinel Realtors and Baird & Warner.
