Real estate predictive data tool Remine will now be available to agents around Chicagoland through regional multiple listing service Midwest Real Estate Data, according to an announcement from both companies on Tuesday. Remine is a big data tool that predicts potential property transactions. The platform provides deep data on unlisted properties, adding to those that already appear on MLSs. Homes get a “likely to sell” score to help agents figure out what might be coming up. Much of the data is presented in map form. Midwest Real Estate Data provides the MLS for Chicago and surrounding counties in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
