How are some of the top New York City real estate brokerages approaching a shifting market, industry consolidation, and technology disruption?
In his latest industry leader interview, RealScout co-founder Andrew Flachner will sit down with the leaders of Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens and Warburg Realty to discuss these questions and more, including a new joint tech effort between his company and theirs — the NYC Buyer Graph, a platform for sharing property and client information across brokerages.
The interview will take place at Monday, Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. ET, exclusively on Inman’s Facebook page and will be published on Inman.com afterwards.
Joining Flachner will be the following panelists: Bess Freedman, co-president of Brown Harris Stevens; Clelia Warburg Peters, president of Warburg Realty and co-founder of MetaProp; and Steven James, CEO of Douglas Elliman New York.
The panelists plan to discuss the local New York City market and wider competitive landscape, their take on venture-backed competitors (such as NYC’s own Compass), and threats to the brokerage model.
