“We have actors waiting for a big role,” Yalof Schwartz noted. “We have producers, writers, tons of people in the real estate industry. We have a lot of CEOs and CFOs. The majority of people who come to Unplug are people who work, and they’re stressed by work.”
To help those people, she and the other Unplug staff members focus on teaching “easy tools, tips and tricks to delete stress on the spot and amplify life,” Yalof Schwartz explained. “What we teach at Unplug is very different. We make it very minimal and easy — it’s more about technique and less about lineage of any specific meditation. The attendees will learn secret strategies to be calm, cool and collected at all times through modern meditation, and they’ll walk away with tips that will change their lives forever.”
